We are a D-I-Y pure internet-based company. You are required to remove the listing when the home is sold, and/or if you wish to cancel.

Please follow the steps below to cancel an order, initiate a refund, or remove your webpage:

1. Login to your account, then navigate to your listing.
2. Find the "Remove Listing" button to remove your listing from our website.
3. Return to this page and fill out the form below.
4. Please allow 10-15 days for applicable refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
5. If your refund does not appear on your next statement, please contact accounting at 936-297-0993.
   Accounting Department Hours: Monday - Friday 12pm to 5pm EST.
